Dear readers,
I have been wanting to reach out and post something of comfort or a way forward at a time when many of us are experiencing grief in the wake of the recent election.
Unfortunately, my own grief includes muddle-headed symptoms. I sometimes find myself unable to find the word I want or making stupid mistakes. In short, my brain is in low gear. I don’t trust myself to write something that meets my own standards at this time.
Fortunately for you all, I have “in the can” my interview of Catherine Onyemelukwe, author of a memoir that had me turning pages as fast as if I were reading a good novel. I’m just waiting for Catherine to get back to me about a featured image, and then I will post the interview. I’m sure you will find it fascinating.
And soon, I will be back to writing something of my own.
Kind regards,
Margaret
Margaret, glad you are taking a break! Hope you will soon be feeling much better.
Thanks, Mary. I’m getting there.
Wishing you a ready return to clarity, Margaret. Thanks for honestly sharing how you process these events.
Thank you, Mari. Positive comments like this are tremendously helpful.
